The drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha takes about 1.5 hours. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.Your journey begins in Arusha, driving approximately two hours to Lake Manyara National Park. Along the way, you’ll pass through Mto Wa Mbu, a lively market town celebrated for its agricultural products and rich cultural tapestry—a perfect spot for picking up souvenirs.
After a brief stop at the village market, you'll proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. This park is a haven for photographers and offers exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities. As you enter Tarangire, you'll embark on a game drive through a stunning landscape of endless golden savannah surrounding the Tarangire River. The river is flanked by acacia and baobab trees, drawing large herds of elephants and other herbivores such as zebras and antelopes. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch with a scenic view of the river, but keep a watchful eye on the local monkeys—they’re known for their antics in trying to snatch your food! Throughout your drive, you'll have the chance to spot lions, leopards, cape buffalos, and a diverse range of antelopes. After your game drive in Tarangire, you'll proceed to your accommodation in the park for an overnight stay.After your morning safari in Tarangire National Park, you will be driven to Arusha Airport for an hour's flight to Zanzibar Airport. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you will be met and transferred to your resort on the magical Zanzibar Island.

The village is safe to explore on foot and is quite charming. While we have several tours available for you to consider, you can also easily discover the area on your own.
Today is the last day of your adventure. You will be picked up from your resort and taken to Zanzibar Airport in time for your international departure flight.
