Your guide will take you to discover the most important sites in the center of Stone Town like Freddie Mercury House, House of Wonder, Darajani Market, and Former Slave Market. A guide will walk with you around Darajani Market and the narrow streets of Stone Town, where you will be able to randomly shop from souvenir shops and take photos, exploring the culture of Swahili people.

• Forodhani Garden 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Forodhani Gardens, alternatively recognized as Forodhani Night Market, is a small park nestled in the historic city of Stone Town, Zanzibar. Situated along the primary sea walk of Stone Town, it lies directly in front of two iconic structures, namely the House of Wonders and the Old Fort. The Forodhani Night Market comes to life, particularly at the time of sunset, making it the optimal time to experience Forodhani Garden watching the sunset. During this period, a diverse mix of tourists and locals converges in the bustling food street market within the main square. Here, they are enjoying their dinner while savoring a variety of Zanzibari cuisine, including Urojo (Zanzibar Mix), grilled seafood, samoosas, Kahawa, cassava, Zanzibar pizza, and sweet potatoes.

• Swimming with Turtles-10:00 AM-11:00 AM

In the south of Zanzibar, you can find one of the natural lagoons full of sea turtles. In the Salaam Cave aquarium, they buy the turtles, caught by fishermen and release them back into the fresh ocean water in the lagoon. Use the unique opportunity to swim with sea turtles. During the visit, you can also feed turtles with seaweed or just spend your time in the water. Also, you can take a snorkeling mask to dive and watch them in their natural environment.

• Mtende Beach: 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM

The main section of the beach is situated between two rock formations, in a big core. It’s stunning, and one of the coolest places to watch the tides change on the island. If you didn’t know already, Zanzibar is one of the places with the most drastic tides I have ever witnessed. Mtende Beach is just like most of the other beaches in that regard. Make sure you do your research and look up when the tides will be out and in whenever you’ll be visiting Mtende. When the tide is low you can walk down the beach but when it’s high tide it comes to the stairs.

• The Rock Restaurant-2:00 PM -4:00 PM

Enjoy panoramic views and an incredible Seafood Lunch at The Rock Restaurant, nestled in the middle of Indian Ocean water... Watch a pristine view of the Indian Ocean and see some local dhow with local women. Please note that Lunch is not included.
